Chicken Salad Sandwhich

2 cups cubed cooked chicken (sprinkled with seasoned salt)
2 chopped celery stocks
1 tsp minced onion
1 tbsp lemon juice
1/4 tsp salt
1/2 cup mayonnaise
4 eggs (hard boiled)
 Mix together, chill and serve in croissants.

Italian Crock Pot Chicken

Place 1 cube of butter, chicken and packet of dry italian dressing in the crock pot.
Cook on low for 4-6 hours
When 30 mins from eating, stir in 1 packet of cream cheese and 1 can cream of chicken soup.

Cauliflower Soup

1 small head of cauliflower
3/4 cup chopped onion
1/4 cup butter
2 cups half and half
1/2 tsp salt
1/3 cup flour
2 cups chicken broth
1/2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
2 cups cheddar cheese
Cook cauliflower until tender, reserve 1 cup of the cauliflower water for reserve.
Melt butter, add onions. Blend flour and broth. Add 1 cup reserve water. Add sauce and salt and half and half. Add cheese when melted add cauliflower.
