sloppy joe

1lb hamburger
1 chopped onion
1 green pepper
1/3 cup brown sugar
1 can tomato soup
2 tbs worechesteshire sauce
2 tsp mustard
salt and pepper and garlic salt to taste

slow cooker balsamic shredded beef

4-5lb beef chuck roast
1 cup beef broth
1/2 cup light brown sugar
1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 tsp kosher salt
1/4 tsp crushed red pepper flakes
3 cloves garlic, pressed

1. whisk together all the ingredients and add to the bottom of a slow cooker. add roast. cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours. remove roast and shred with a fork, rutrn to juices.

Poppy Seed Cake

White or Yellow Cake Mix
5.1 oz package of instant vanilla pudding
4 eggs
1 cup water
1/2 cup oil
2 tablespoons poppy seed
2 tbsp almond extract
(Mix ingredients together for 15 mins)
Preheat oven to 360 degree
Spray bundt pan with pam and coat with flour. cook for 45 mins. Cool at least 15 minutes before removing from pan. check at 35 mins

kims chicken salad

4 cups shredded chicken
2 1/2 cups celery
2T green onion
1t salt
pepper to taste
1cup mayo
mixed nuts
1/4 cups grapes halved

Swiss Steak

trim fat off and pound out round steak
dredge in flour
crock pot with salt pepper
slice onion
2 cans cream of mushroom
a little water in the cans
1 tbs Worcestershire sauce
sprinkle onion powder
low 7 hours

you can use hamburger
broil hamburger
sprinkle some
salt and pepper
onion powder
and Worcestershire sauce

Hot Dip

1 roll jimmy dean hot sausage
1 medium onion diced
1 8 oz cream cheese
1 16 oz sour cream
1 can diced green chilies

Brown the sausage with the onion. In a crock pot add remaining ingredients and turn on high, add sausage and onion to mixture once cooked. Allow to heat through for about 2 hours and turn down heat to serve from crock pot. Enjoy with tortilla chips.

Shepherd's Pie

3 carrots cut into bite size pieces
1 onion cut up
2 tbsp olive oil
salt, pepper and dried Italian herbs
1 lb ground beef
1 garlic clove
1 1/4 cups beef broth
1 tsp cornstarch
1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
1/2 tsp thyme
1 cup frozen peas
3 cups mashed potatoes

brown ground beef, onion and garlic in skillet. combine beef broth, cornstarch, Worcestershire sauce and sprices. pour liquid over meat and simmer. cook vegetables a little and stir in meat mixture. pour into casserole dish. top with mashed potatoes. Bake at 350 for 30 mins. Cover with cheese if you want.
